I find myself spending more & more time thinking about you, especially when there is a multi-day gap…what to do? Am I reading too much into it all?

Do you recall a few months ago I emailed that too many daily emails causes me grief and loss of concentration on daily life…yet today without them there is only empty longing.  I work during the week to keep my mind (partially) occupied on neutral emotions, but it is getting harder to focus if there is no messaging.
